Conditions for the use of electronic forms for the stage
Performance organisers may send applications for authorisation and revenue declarations to the SSA by e-mail.
However, the address used for sending these documents by e-mail must enable SSA to clearly establish an identity link with the entity owing the royaltiesRemuneration for authors' rights and to conclude that a valid power to act exists.
Furthermore, SSA reserves the right to request a duly signed form at any time, without having to justify this particular requirement.
